For TransferUP, the client is a priority, so all ours

carriers are licensed and carefully selected.

For a comfortable trip, the client needs to get acquainted

with the rules of our platform.

1. Providing personal data (name, surname, telephone number and

 E-mail) they must be accurate, reliable and updated as needed, determined by the purpose of their processing.

2. You must give permission for the processing of personal data.

3. When booking a transfer (seat) or unaccompanied (transfer) luggage, you must read the route, the carrier and check all the data you enter. So that there are no problems in the future. You are solely responsible for the booking you make.

4. You are obliged to get acquainted with ¬ "Memo to the Parties to the contract for the carriage of passengers and their luggage." Read here

5. Your reservation will be confirmed automatically after prepayment. If you are a regular customer of the carrier, you can ask for a free reservation which must be confirmed by the carrier manually.

6. When booking unaccompanied luggage (transfer) and taking luggage with you, it is important to familiarize yourself with the conditions of luggage on specific flights. Luggage must match the weight and size. Please note that you can import to Ukraine and the countries you travel. More information here. If you have more luggage than allowed by the carrier, you can pay extra.

7. Upon completion of your booking, you instruct TransferUP to mediate in concluding all various agreements with Third Party Service Providers on your behalf and to provide you with all necessary information for proper use.

8. In accordance with the terms of your Booking and this Agreement, TransferUP will act as an intermediary in concluding Carriage Agreements between you and the Carriers on your behalf. This means that you will be a party to the Contracts of Carriage and will be bound by their terms. You are responsible for reading the terms of the Contracts of Carriage and by making the Reservation, you declare that you have done so.

9. If you decide to travel with an animal, you need to check with the carrier whether this feature is allowed and whether it requires additional payment.

The owner is responsible for the documents for the animal (vaccination passport, health certificate). You should have a carrier or bag for the pet, drinking water and food. Detailed information will be provided by the carrier.

10. Regarding the route and stops, you need to check with the carrier.

He will provide you with detailed information. The carrier can adjust the route and stops.

11. To board the transfer, you must have identity documents. As when booking, you provide information about the client who makes the transfer trip.

12. Pay attention to the date of travel, time and place of landing. You can always check the information with the carrier with whom you will make a transfer trip. We recommend arriving at your destination in advance.

13. Prices for transfer (seat) or unaccompanied luggage

(transfer) may vary. After all, prices are very dynamic and can be adjusted by the carrier.

You will be provided with price information before paying for the reservation.
